Beth Young

As a Project Manager for "Bernie" Young & Associates, Inc., the 2002 Outstanding Business of the Year, Beth Young oversees the logistical details of key projects that help organizational leaders "Transition into the Future".

She recently coordinated a national leadership selection for a Chamber of Commerce with a membership base over 2,000. She also has experience working with a variety of corporations and organizations during the transition of their strategic plans, leadership teams, and marketing direction.

Beth also coordinates assessment teams needed as part of "Bernie" Young & Associates, Inc.'s proprietary Leadership Succession Selection Process.

Beth has an Associates of Arts Degree in Mass Communications from St Petersburg (FL) College and a Bachelor of Arts Diversity Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Her 10 years of experience in Psychology, Communication, and Leadership Assessment give her unique skills in her ability to interact with a very diverse customer base served by "Bernie" Young & Associates, Inc.

Beth and her husband Shay live in St. Petersburg, Florida. She enjoys tending the family's hydroponics and organic gardens and loves spending time with her two brilliantly amazing children, Camron and Ashlynd.
