The Science of High Performance "Bernie" Young & Associates, Inc. offers effective personnel assessment instruments to measure job relevant skills and capabilities of applicants and employees. These tools can help improve the quality of an organizations overall performance as well as help identify and select quality applicants matching specific behaviors to a specific job. This enables an organization to develop and rank each competency for it's relevance in a particular position. These reports should not be used as the only criteria to make personnel decisions, but rather to provide accurate and validated insights into how a person behaves in varied circumstances and under certain conditions. All the information is extremely useful to the person taking the assessment and to the people who either interact with the person or manage the person. All "Bernie" Young & Associates, Inc. partners are Certified Profile Analysts with years of experience in evaluating and assessing all DISC and Thomas International behavioral instruments. Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) The (PPA) is a comprehensive written description of an individual's behavior style in the workplace environment. It also evaluates the job in relation to the role and the "right fit". Human Job Analysis (HJA) The (HJA) is a job profiler that contains 24 standard behavior competencies that can be related to any position. The unique aspect of the HJA is that each competency is validated to represent a specific behavior that is measured by the Personal Profile Analysis (PPA). This enables an organization to develop and rank each competency for its relevance in a particular position. Once a job has been rated and the results have been validated by comparison to successful performers, a benchmark of success criteria is established. This benchmark becomes the objective standard against which people in the role or those interested in the role can be compared. Sales Interview Analysis Specifically geared for sales professionals this questionnaire will provide the insights needed to determine if a person has what it takes to sell your product or service. The Sales Interview Analysis will assess situational selling styles. This report will also provide an opinion on a person's sales compatibility. Team Audit (TA) This Team Analysis report combines our expertise in Professor Marston's DISC Model with "Role Fit Theory". The combined insights from both measures provide a basis for building and developing great teams and maximizing performance. The system has its own questionnaire that identifies ideal team behaviors. Team members are evaluated and compared to the team goals. A detailed report is produced that describes a variety of team issues where gaps may occur.
