Joseph “Joe” Young
Joe Young is a managing partner with "Bernie" Young & Associates, Inc. the 2002 Outstanding Business of the Year by the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce.
Joe’s consulting experience includes partnering with numerous organizations including banks, computer companies, city governments and the United States Air Force. His areas of specialty include consulting in the areas of Test validation and selection systems, Wage and salary administration, Organizational analysis and development, Executive search, Corporate planning and control systems and Corporate training. Joe holds a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Business Administration. He has over 20 years experience teaching at the undergraduate and graduate level in areas of management and human resources. His teaching experience include courses in statistical analysis and test validation strategies. Joe and his wife live in St. Petersburg, FL and he has a married daughter and two grandchildren. |
