"Bernie" Young "Bernie" is a founder & president of "Bernie" Young & Associates, Inc. the 2002 Winner of the Outstanding Business of the Year by the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University where she was named a Distinguished Alumnus in 1987. She has been an adjunct professor at several Chicago area colleges and has appeared on both radio and television. Joe holds a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Business Administration. More >> Beth Young Elizabeth "Beth" Young is a managing partner with "Bernie" Young & Associates, Inc.; The 2002 Outstanding Business of Year Award by The St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce®. Beth has an AA Degree in Mass Communications from St.Petersburg College and a BA Diversity Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Her experience and background in teaching life skills for personal and professional success has earned her the title, "The Success Coach".
