Michele Robbins Poff

Michele Robbins Poff has been a professional trainer, facilitator and associate consultant with "Bernie" Young & Associates, Inc. for over 15 years. Her experience and background in teaching life skills for personal and professional success has earned her the title, "The Success Coach". Her workshops are educating, enlightening, empowering and entertaining.

She pursued her higher education at Montgomery Jr College (MD), St. Petersburg College (FL), George Washington University (MO) and American University (Washington DC). Michele maintains a lifelong pursuit in the understanding of individual excellence and human performance.

She has served as a trainer and consultant for local and national companies and is a certified Assessor with "Bernie" Young & Associates, Inc. for its Leadership Selection Process.

Michele has obtained Facilitator certification from Achieve Global (formerly Zenger Miller) for their Leadership Curriculum, Kaset for their Customer Service programs and from DDI (Development Dimensions International) for Workforce and Leadership programs.
